In the last few weeks, the passion for hockey really took off in Krakow following the announcement of the Monsters' move to this beautiful city in Poland. With this enthusiasm, GM Julien really worked very hard to allow the Lumberjacks to be competitive from the start of the season.

Several players who were RFA will be back and all rookies who were eligible for a contract have also signed with the organization. Martin Kaut, Nathan Smith, Ruslan Iskhakov, Alex Green, Jakob Ragnarsson, Veini Vehvilainen and Samuel Ersson all agreed to move to Krakow to start their professional careers.

1. Vasili Kosheckin (G) : Most imposing goaltender in the league at 6 ft 7 and 243 lbs. He signed a 2-year contract that will earn him $ 1M per season. He will act as a mentor for Veini Vehvilainen and Samuel Ersson. He will also undoubtedly be the team's number 1 goaltender. It is also a return for him in the organization of the Great Whites. 6. Aron Chmielewski (RW) : 2nd player of Polish origin to join the ranks of the Lumberjacks.A native of Gdansk, the winger has accepted a one-year contract which will also net him $ 450,000.He returns to play at home after spending the last years in the professional league in the Czech Republic.
